如题，现在用LM25117做了一个DEMO板，差压调不到这么低，大家有没有其它的建议。同时问一下影响同步整流的压差的参数是哪些，谢谢。

比较难，你试着把开关频率降低一些试试

可以用TI的webench仿真选型：http://www.ti.com/
考虑到Duty=Vout/VIN/efficiency=12/12.5/0.96=1，要求的duty是100%，所以你需要一颗100%duty的Buck，同步的P-FET控制器。
TI有没有同步的P -FET控制器呢，10A左右的，现在想用LM25085，但这是非同步的，大于14V之后，效率就变低了很多，
