During the battery charging process using BQ25186, the provided VIN voltage is 5V and the current is 800mA. The remaining configurations should follow the default Settings in the technical documentation. For instance, VIO, TS, and LED should remain connected, CE should be connected to LOW, and USB ANY should not be connected to the EVM (in the technical documentation, Charge Mode can be set to the default configuration, and there is no need to connect the EVM).
When charging the battery with the above configuration, both VIN and VSYS are normal, but the charging current is only 13mA (the initial battery voltage is 3.3V).
What could be the reasons for this situation? Is it necessary to connect the EVM for configuration?
