28V电源电压 充6节锂电池，上电PG一直在闪烁，不接电池测量波形发现是锯齿波，接上电池后 PG依然闪烁 观察波形充电电压会从突然掉到电源电压掉到电池电压然后快速回升到电源电压过一会又掉，求指导
