Hi TI expert,
there is a full of charging problem on the EVB of BQ25630 when i connected my battery (CV_4.45V) to the EVB for the charging, which can't be got a full of battery charging when i setup the VREG to 4.45V, and ITERM to 120mA, and other parameter kept as default setting(detail as below capture). even if the charger IC entered the stop charging mode, and termination current was met the requirement (as below capture), but the battery fuel gauge info shown the battery info is 97% not 100% (as below capture). i don't know where needs to be set for the battery full of charging, could you please give some suggestion for me?
