在芯片的数据手册中，对输出电压精度的定义是基于表中测试条件确定的。
对于芯片长时间工作的电压漂移，没有明确的精度标注。
可考虑其它方式进行电压监测，比如通过启动自检（BIST），但过压/欠压检测只能检测到阈值内或阈值外的二进制状态，仍无法知道距离阈值的具体程度。
