先看看output pin 和boost pin有没有波形，另输入电容太小。

Cboot电容一般不要小于0.1uF，焊接的时候要好，因为这个电容一般较小
新项目设计可以用LMR14020，性价比更好
LM2676是一颗年代久远的料，开关频率低，设计难度大，建议新项目使用TI的LMR14020系列，这是TI simple switch5.5代产品。
