BQ24133充电ACDRV电压无输出！

现在项目在使用BQ24133Z做2节电池的充电，目前做了25片PCB，发现有5片出现问题，也就是ACDRV没有输出，导致MOS没打开，测量AVCC=11.99V，VREE=3.3V，OVP=1.55V，目前不知道什么原因导致的，昨天在另外一个帖上，TI回复是PVCC与PGND的退耦电容太远，但我直接连上电容也还是同样问题，输出只有1.56V！看看有没有什么地方可以检查的！
