bq20z45和bq30z55 芯片损坏,TS2温度100多度

1.保护板在测试的时候发现有个别芯片温度异常偏高的,比如100多度.温度探头的连接都没有问题,内部数据配置只启用TS2. 损坏的比例是千分之3左右
