Runtime Degrade is updated to data flash every Runtime Update Interval and tracks the runtime after CycleCount() ≥ Cycle Count Start Runtime.
The degrade mode can be used to reduce the charging voltages and/or the charging currents based on measured parameters that reflect the aging of the cells. This is an optional feature.
