tps62260 无故发热

我们用tps62260给单片机供电，后级电流10mA左右，但是返现tps62260无故发热。

经过测量，发热的板子的系统总电流达到了300mA，tps62260 的 SW与GND之间的电阻只有150欧姆左右。

焊接了10块板子，其中3块出现发热问题。其它未出现，未出现板子SW/GND之间的电阻非常大！
