我想使用BCAST模式充电，就是让电池自己把ChargingVoltage() and ChargingCurrent()发送到smart-charger device
，让smart-charger device自己输出电池需要的电压和电流；我设置BCAST为1,host地址为78350的地址17，charger地址为充电芯片地址12，但发现实际没有发送广播，不知道还需要设置那里？
