问题2:上述既然非常明确PDSG场效应管先关断,PACK_EN场效应管后关断,我的疑问是:PDSG场效应管关断后,也就是预充完成,就切换到主MOS导通,那如果PACK_EN场效应管还没有关断会有什么问题?因为下文中第一条要求:当两个 CHG/DSG FET 都关断且未连接负载/充电器时,FET (PACK_EN)将导通。
问题3:原理图中的Q19 FET和Q33三极管部分电路的作用是什么,什么工作原理?
Here are the cases for the PACK_EN pin.
- When both CHG/DSG FETs are OFF and if there is no load/charger attached the FET (PACK_EN) will be ON.
- If a charger is attached, the FET (PACK_EN) will turn OFF to disable the circuits.
- If a load is attached, the FET (PACK_EN) will initially be ON as the PDSG is turned on, then it will turn OFF after the PDSG FET turns-off (End of pre-discharge is known through PACK_ADC).
- If a reverse charger is attached, the FET (PACK_EN) will be ON.
The MCU would keep PACK_EN low (OFF) in all other conditions.
