BQ40Z80: 充满电静置后，满充容量会变少

使用bq40z80芯片，电池包是INR21700-50 , 容量5AH的三元锂电芯，选择好化学ID，经过

Golden Learning。  当前电池包放空到CUV，静置后，Full charge Capacity是4800左右。  再充满到COV，静置后，Full charge Capacity变成3400左右，重复多次都是如此。并且放空的SOC不是0%，充满的SOC也不到100%。
