Would TI please help to find a Multi-phase DC to DC Buck converter with integrated MOSFET device?
The requirements as bellow:
1) 2 phase output
2) 3.1V~3.5V, typical 3.3V input voltage
3) output voltage: 1.2V~1.8V adjustable by PM bus or I2C bus
4) max output current: 13A
5) Very low MOSFET on-resistance: <5 mOhm.
