请问DCDC芯片，手册上标注的转换效率，其损耗效率是否包含外围配套电感、电容的发热？
例如效率95%，其损耗的5%是否包含外围电感的发热；
芯片结温计算，对应的功率参数，是直接用损耗效率*总功率获得，还是需要先去掉外围电路的发热损耗。
