如图所示，图中的MOS管Q4，2N7002K的栅极接一个电阻到地，不明白为什么要这么接？

接这个的目的是防逆充。当charger电源接反的情况下关D-MOS
当charger电源接反的时候，Q4（ 2N7002K）导通，Q3（Si7114DN）截止，
您说的D-MOS是指哪个MOS管啊？正常情况下Q3的栅极S到源极D是导通的。
D-MOS就是Q3，当外部charger正负接反的时候Q4会导通，导致Q3的G,S pin的电位相同，Q3就关闭了。
你说的Q3 S-D导通是它内置的二极管正向导通。Q3导通是它的D-S导通，这样D-MOS才能放电。
