I designed a boost boost circuit using the TPS43060RTER, with an input voltage of 5V, an output voltage of 32V, and a switching frequency of 270KHz. Connect the output to a light load, and the output current is approximately 5mA. After the circuit has run several times, it will start abnormally. After measurement, it was found that the VCC and VIN pins of the chip were short-circuited.
