I built a circuit on a breadboard using 20kΩ and 2.4kΩ resistors, and it can achieve around -9.2V. However, the output on my PCB is only about -4.6V. Do the 1.2kΩ and 8.2kΩ resistors on the PCB have a big impact? What could be the possible reason? I hope to get some guidance. Thank you.
