快冲电池方案

各位大神下午好：

        小弟这有个快冲方案，麻烦大神给指惑。

产品设计4节电池并联，每颗电池的容量是2000-2400ma.

现在想用1A快冲4节，2A快冲12节，电池有保护板。想问一下这个方案的可行性，以及一对一的充电时间和具体芯片使用。
