EV2500: Feedback on EV2500 design flaws and request for bin

I apologize for raising two issues in the same support request.
 
Issue 1: EV2500 Design Flaw
In my understanding, the pull-up on the EV2500 should be software-controllable (enable/disable). However, in Figure 4-3. BMS061 Serial Bus Interfaces on page 13 of the EVM User's Guide: EV2500 (sluuda1.pdf), the drain and source of Q2 and Q5 (2N7002W-7-F) appear to be reversed. The purchased EVM was manufactured according to this incorrect schematic, resulting in the pull-up being permanently enabled and unable to be turned off. Could you please verify this?
 
Issue 2: Request for EV2500_MSP_EXP432E401Y_tirtos_ccs.bin File
Section 3.5 Programming Options in the sluuda1.pdf provides a clear and concise update method for the EV2500, but it does not specify how to obtain the upgrade file "EV2500_MSP_EXP432E401Y_tirtos_ccs.bin".          1  请参考 EV2500 Evaluation Module “2.4.1 Pull-Up Interface” 可通过硬件设置上拉电压,但不具备软件设置pull up 功能。

         2  EV2500固件属于TI内部资源,目前无法提供。

    1. What I meant is that pins 2 and 3 of Q2 and Q5 are swapped. This causes the body diodes of both MOSFETs to create a short circuit to ground. My concern is specifically about this hardware issue, not about further software improvements at this stage.
    2. I fully understand the need to keep internal documentation confidential, and I truly appreciate your honesty.
