目前BQ24296的TS脚的电压是3.1V正常，VSYS输出是4.05V，没达到4.2V，并且VBAT（pin13/14）输出才2.7V，这个是什么原因？
测试了下STAT脚，在没电池的情况下，应该是blinks at 1 Hz，但是现在测试的状态是一直是低电平，VBAT用万用表测试是2.7V。用示波器测试是4.2V的方波，这个正常不？
首先你的电池电压是多少，因为你的VSYS最低可以设定为3.7V，电池电压再往上就会跟随一起升高。
