LDO短电源问题

之前用到了颗TPS7A6650-Q1芯片，用于输出5V给外围传感器供电，在测试中短GND测试正常，短12V时烧毁。

1、有没有能防止短地和短电源的5V LDO产品？

2、如果外部加一个防反二极管可以避免短电源问题，但是输出电压由于二极管压降又比5V低了。有没有更好的方案？
