tps563200稳压正常范围是多少？输出4.27v,负载启动时，输出电压会有0.2v的浮动，这个现象正常吗？

TPS563200的稳压精度在1%（25度常温下），你说的200mV波动有点偏大，需要看看波形到底是如何的，是在轻载下测得吗？输入电压是多少。
要确认你的输入电压和输出负载电流有多少。
输入电压为9v，输出为4.27v。负载启动的时候，瞬间电流能达到2A以上。
输出容性负载是多少？可以的话建议测一下电感上的电流，看看是否有异常
