原理图如图所示，希望大神指导一下如何通过I2C让host发指令的？
你的原理图中D1和D2有问题，应该是接在SCL和地，SDA和地之间。目前这种接法肯定不能通讯。
另外，BQ27426不需要指令，只要上电就可以工作，当然前提是你的参数配置正确。
参数该如何配置呢？有没有相关的资料参考?
直接配置参数的话，I2C总线连接到什么呢？如果不需要连到外部，那是不是不需要ESD保护电路了？
