40A 7.2V磷酸铁锂电池因为容量40000MAH超过了最大值32767,因此DESIGN CAPACITY填写20000做减半处理，电流校准的时候也做减半处理，那么在做放电数据LOG用来计算ID的时候，这个电流还需要再乘以2，还是就用这个值就可以计算化学ID呢？
应该要乘以2，需要选择实际相符的CHEM_ID
