Hello, I am encountering a very troublesome issue and require your technical support. After configuring the 4050, charging and discharging operations proceeded entirely normally. However, after the device sat idle for a period of time, both the CHG and DSG registers reverted to 0—preventing any input or output—while the XCHG and XDSG registers switched to 1. No matter how I attempt to reset the device, the issue persists. The interface status is shown in the attached screenshot, and the configuration file is included as an attachment.
