但是我这个是负电压输出的应用

Thermal pad 通过连接到大面积的铜进行芯片的散热处理。
如果芯片的GND为-12V输出，并没有大面积的敷铜，就连接到24V的GND.
datasheet (Rev. G) 第4页的管脚定义中有说明，接GND.
