We are encountering an issue with our system where the LP87745 restarts approximately every 72 seconds (power cycling). After repeating this cycle multiple times, the system completely shuts down after about 13 minutes. Manual power cycling is required to restore operation.
Following the reference design, the CS_SPI/WD_DIS is grounded through a 2.2K resistor.
Our requirement is for the LP87745 to provide stable 4-channel voltage outputs. We do not require the internal watchdog (WD) and intend to use an external watchdog.
In other threads, TI experts have mentioned the WD_EN bit, interrupt Enable/Disable, and status bits. Could you please inform us which registers these correspond to? We would appreciate it if you could provide the relevant register offsets and bit descriptions in your reply.
