LM74810EVM: Hgate和Dgate是否能驱动NMOS HYG015N10NS1TA

Part Number: LM74810EVM

  1. 正常工作输入范围9-36V（兼容12V电池和24V电池）
  2. 输入电流最大达到30A
  3. 控制器我们选择LM74810QDRRRQ1, NMOS背靠背设计
  4. 因为电流太大，所以我们想选用两颗HYG015N10NS1TA 

问题如下：

  1. Dgate驱动HYG015N10NS1TA，是否有问题
  2. Hgate驱动HYG015N10NS1TA，是否有问题，Hgate的拉电流只有55uA
  3. 如果这么设计设计上需要注意些什么？
