因为ucc28710是磁耦合负载调整率能到多少（比如10W，24V到500V的DC-DC隔离输出的典型反激方案）也就是（满载输出电压-空载输出电压）/设定输出电压=？
如果想做到0.2%有没有困难
UCC28710是原边反馈控制方案，5%已经不错了，如果用光耦直接反馈的方案，做到1%差不多，如果要做到0.2%，非常有困难。
