我司采用TPS40055PWR芯片。comp(PIN8)损坏，失效模式是：该引脚对SGND引脚只有20几欧姆。用洛铁焊接一下有时还能恢复高阻状态。该引脚只接个RC
损坏的概率大概是多少？

芯片肚子下面有thermal pad， thermal pad和GND连在一起
是不是Comp脚通过焊锡和下面的thermal pad有连接，所以导致短路
有时加热一下，焊锡断开，所以短路消失

拿失效的板子到X3下照一下，看看IC下有没有焊渣。
