请问用太阳能板给带保护板的锂电池包充电，需不需要外加一个充电控制器？
太阳能板的开路电压22V，带载电压17V，功率9W
锂电池包是三节锂电池串联，自带充放电保护板、
产品要求太阳能板长期与电池包连接，电池包作为智能窗帘机的电源使用
只是充电保护板，没有充电芯片控制充电当然不行了
