bq27411 在使用编程电压7.4V烧录OTFS文件时，烧录不管是中断(烧录NG)还是烧录OK，都不能再烧录了？？？？！！！！
BQ27411是单次编程，不支持重新烧录。多次烧录会导致数据错乱。
One Time Programmable，这款IC的特性一直会这样吗？那它有升级版吗？
