I am a hardware design engineer responsible for multi-phase server VR buck power supply development, and we are using the
CSD95492QVM NexFET smart power stage in our existing mass-production hardware project
I have downloaded the public 13-page shortened datasheet (Rev. A) from Tl official website, but this public version does not
contain the critical LSET pin design information reguired for accurate current sensing calibration
1. The official lookup table that maps LsET pull-down resistance (R LSET to PGND) to corresponding output inductor values
(LOUT nH).
2. The full offcial Tl mathematical formula to calculate the precise LSET resistor value for custom inductance
The LSET pin configures the internal inductor emulation circuit for bidirectional current sense, peak current limit and TAO
thermal monitor, Without the official resistor-inductor matching table and standard calculation formula, our current sampling
precision will deviate heavily, which brings risks to production testing and power supply stability.
Since CsD954920VM is marked NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs, we cannot switch to alternative power stages for
this mature product platform. We must retain this device for long-term maintenance and batch production.
Could you please provide the complete ful-length offcial datasheet ofcsD954920VM which includes the full LsET resistor
inductor matching table and formal calibration formula? if there are supplementary design application notes, reference desigr
documents or technical briefs covering LSET configuration for CDg549x series power stages, kindly attach them together
