Part Number: ULN2003A
I have an issue with ULN2003ADR, some units fail catastrophically during operation, with an internal short circuit developing between the COM and GND. The components were procured by our PCBA supplier. I do not have direct visibility into the supply chain. Althought two independent third-party laboratories have confirmed that the parts are authentic Texas Instruments devices.
Is there any known issue with this specific date codes or manufacturing lots for the ULN2003ADR?
