电路图和器件选择大致如上，LED选择的是CREE XPE3W白色LED。DIM引脚为了调试方便，串接1k欧姆电阻后上拉到为5V。电路搭好后，LED没有亮，VCC的电压测得为3.74V；VFS的电压并不稳定在1.255V，有时会跳到0.5V左右；LED两端的电压大约为1.74V。请帮忙分析一下问题是什么，有没有可能是芯片的问题。
