USE LM2940IMP-15/NOPB. Aging test shows chip abnormality,
An old design used 5 LM2940 chips on one board. Recently, it was found that the defect rate was increasing during aging testing at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, and this was more evident in a certain batch of products. Here is the schematic diagram, please help analyze the reason. (The chip is physically burned out, with a defect rate of 0.6%).
