Dear TI Support,
We have used 10,500 pcs of LM3478QMMX/NOPB, with 4 pcs found defective. Details as follows:
1. At 12V supply, the chip operates normally. At 16V power-on, the PWM driver shuts down, then PWM becomes abnormal.
2. After replacing with a good chip, verification is normal. Soldering the defective chip onto a good PCBA reproduces the failure.
Please advise on possible root causes and what additional information we should provide. Thank you for your support.
