I made the circuit board based on the TIDA-020047 specification on the TI website. Now I have discovered some issues and I am seeking help to solve them. The LP876242B0RQKRQ1 is not outputting 1.8V, 1.2V, 1.0V, etc. normally.     Unless mentioned otherwise in the User's Guide for the orderable part number, the residual voltage
    monitoring is enabled .once, immediately after a power-up event on the VCCA input supply pin.
    Before the LP876242-Q1 executes the start-up sequence of the BUCK regulators, the LP876242-Q1
    disables all residual voltage monitors. TI has made this implementation to prevent false-positive
    residual-voltage detection caused by charge accumulation in the output capacitors of the BUCK
    regulators or at the output voltage rails monitored through VMON_1 (at GPIO7 pin) or VMON_2 (at
    GPIO8 pin).
