TI engineer! 我们现在用的是DRV8332，但是这款片子的耐压最高只有70V（额定50V），有点不够，想选一个额定耐压能超过60V的驱动芯片，功率几十瓦，电流几个安培就行，谢谢！
你好。DRV8x系列集成FET的BLDC驱动器目前最高就是60V（推荐在52V以下应用）。如果需要更高电压，可以选用3路半桥门驱动外加FETs，比如LM510x+CSD195xx。
