见REF5025 datasheet: www.ti.com.cn/.../getliterature.tsp 第十二页Figure 33.， 这个电路是将2.5V转换成-2.5V, 按照您参数要求，输入由2.5V改为12V, 运放选取供电电压高出+/-12V的运放(高出offset电压即可，OPA735供电电压最大只有+/-6V,选参数相近，供电电压超过12V的运放即可。)
