产品使用了TL494驱动反激升压变压器，只用了一路误差放大器，EA2停用，问题是待机状态下，EA1的同相端和反相端电压均为0，3脚输出4.2V，9脚10脚并联输出有尖峰脉冲导致变压器输出13V左右（正常情况下应该是没有输出的），这是什么原因导致的，强制4脚大于3.3V的时候，输出就没有电压了。
