直流电源12V供电，电池（7.4V锂电池）没有接
量了下电池接口端的电压：8.3V
应该为0V才对啊
1. 你量下此时 Pin4 CE 脚是不是高电平，Charger是Enable的。
2. 将CE脚接地，这个8.3V是否就没了
3. 对于Charger Enable时，因为要侦测电池是否有接入，其输出肯定是会有电的，因此从这点来讲，目前你的测试是正常的，不用担忧！
