制作焊接1批BQ24610的充电板，设置的充电电流为1.5A，在测试时，有些板充电电流正常为1.5A，有些板充电电流为1A，而有些板充电电流为0.5A。什么原因会导致这个现象呢？请指教！谢谢！

可以确定肯定是硬件差异，检查一下VIN引脚的电压是否都一致，还有就是ISET和ILIM外部电阻精度是否都一致，这几个电阻是配置输入电流和充电电流的，一般充电芯片都是这种模式，外部电阻+内部寄存器
