我用BQ24050给单节锂电池做充电电路，没接电池是输出应该是4.2V吧，我的怎么输出是1.62V?下面是我点电路图。

虽然没接电池，但是输出端是有负载的，应该给负载供电呀，我怀疑是因为D+,D-没接，不知道对不对。
充电芯片上电以后，会检测D+和D-，一旦没有，后面就不能充电了
