1. 非隔离推荐： 两片DC-DC IC实现，一片正常BUCK产生正压，另外一片接成BUCK-BOOST结构输出负压。
2. 隔离推荐： 可以用AC/DC方案，如TL494, UC3842等经典电路搭建两路输出反激。
