插拔适配器，烧坏DCDC

现在的适配器电压为24V，使用降压DCDC  TPS54335DDA，实现24V降压为5V，TPS54335DDA的输入电压范围为4.5-28v;

在插拔适配器进行开关机实验的时候，发现2块板子的DCDC芯片被烧坏，输入端电源对地短路，输出端电源也对地短路。

电源部分的原理图如下，请帮忙分析一下原因，怎么改善，谢谢。
