关于TL494震荡频率不稳的问题

正常情况下测量494的5脚锯齿波形正常。当PWM点加入PWM信号时，5脚的锯齿波就呈现出不稳定的状态，频率不稳定。

根据内部原理图来看，5脚为前端的震荡电路，不受后端影响才是，可是只要加PWM就有影响，pwm的频率越小影响越大。

但这个PWM是必须要加的，

求指点
