有没有方案可以让用户写入20个字节左右的用户信息，掉电都不清除的，同时可以记录电池历史最低电压，历史最大放电电流，历史最高温度，每个电池电压值，总电压值，放电电流，温度，电量等信息，并通过串口输出；另外有没有用过BQ76940EVM现在又不用了的，可以转让给我不，谢谢。
