所需参数:
电压输入为 12V.也可降压.
电流输入为 1A.
但电流输入不稳定,有波动.
输出电压 5V
输出电流 500mA-1A均可以.
主要是给手机充电用.
在降压拓扑下，输入1A时，输出电流会大于1A，不会小于1A
性价比高的，TPS56220x这些都可以。

TPS54331一类的降压都行，给手机充电不需要恒流芯片，只需要恒压限流芯片。如果是给电池充电，那么需要BQ24196一类的充电管理芯片。
